Back onto the mat.

Last night I dreamed that I was blogging.. I do not remember what I wrote exactly (wouldn't that be great), it was really refreshing to know that I am ready to get back into it.
I also had let go of my yoga and meditation practice at the same time that I had stopped blogging (weird...), but now little by little I am trying to get back into it. It's funny that sometimes we let go of the things that really makes us feel better (and those things are usually good for us) just because of lack of time.. We always seem to be running and never have time to slow down and breath.. to be constantly on the go is not for me: I need my mat, I need my downtime and I definitely need some rest.

So true! We do need to work to retain the things that feed our souls and remember that lack of time is truly a perception, b/c we WILL make time for the things we prioritize. I hope to read about you back on your mat soon.

very true! I'm glad that you are coming back into your blogging and practice. Often making time for ourselves is tough (especially for mommas!). But so important to carve space for you :)
